Our Transparent Iron Oxide Yellow C.I. PY42 SIC-S2215 is a granular, pre-dispersed pigment preparation based on a high-performance Transparent Iron Yellow pigment (C.I. Pigment Yellow 42, CAS 51274-00-1, Molecular Formula: FeH₃O₃). This selected pigment can be finely dispersed and wetted in Eastman cellulose acetate butyrate CAB-381-0.5, which is a cellulose ester with a medium butyryl content and low viscosity.

The SIC-S2215 CAB pigment chip provides an ideal paste or finish coating without compromising its excellent transparency and weather resistance, which is attributed to its excellent compatibility and ease of dispersion. It also features for level 8 light resistance, high light, high transparency and anticoagulation.
