High performance pigment

The appearance of Kmeris® MT-5108HD was the white fluffy powder, which was coated with hydrated alumina or/and hydrated zirconia, and the main chemical constituents are titanium dioxide. The paint film not only had good light resistance, but also had angle-dependent optical effect.    The MT-5108HD is developed by Kmeris Materials Technology specially to get an excellent exterior durability, weather resistance and UV protection, which is widely applied to Metallic Automotive Coatings, Wood Lacquers & Industrial Coatings, nail polish, cosmetic application and so on.

Appearing as a white, fluffy powder, Kmeris RM-530L is a surface treated ultrafine rutile titanium dioxide specifically developed to metal effect coatings giving a golden flip and a light blue flop coloristic effect, the product also has excellent weatherability. As a high-performance micro titanium dioxide, our RM-530L is an ideal alternative to other micro titanium dioxide products, such as UV-TITAN L 530.

Kmeris® micro titanium dioxide RM-2008H is mainly applied in the combination with aluminium flakes to achieve a visual Flip and Flop effect. It is an inorganic white pigment that features superior weather resistance, excellent durability, excellent dispersibility, self-cleaning property, and angle-dependent color effect.

Kmeris® MT-7008HB micro titanium dioxide TiO2 is a functional material specifically designed for metallic paints, which makes a flip-flop color which varies more, such as automotive paints and coatings, other industrial metallic paints, facade coating, wood paint, aircraft skin paint and so on.

Kmeris® MT-5008HD is a surface-treated, ultra-fine rutile titanium dioxide developed by Kmeris Materials Technology. It is specially engineered to deliver excellent exterior durability, weather resistance, and UV protection.   Featuring good dispersibility, small particle size, and a narrow particle size distribution, Kmeris® MT-5008HD is an ideal pigment for metallic effect automotive coatings, providing a golden flip and a light blue flop effect. It is also suitable for wood lacquers to enhance UV protection. This product is a comparable alternative to other micro titanium dioxide pigments such asTayca MT-500HD and ISK TTO-55(D).

Our high performance Zinc flake powder is made from spherical zinc powder by dry ball milling with lubricants. Our Zinc Flake features for platelet pigments consisting of metallic zinc, providing excellent corrosion protection properties for powder coating primers, stronger covering, floating and shielding properties as well as better metallic luster than spherical zinc powder. Modified Phosphate is a nontoxic and harmless white antirust pigment. It is used in corrosion resisting primers, undercoats and in various coating materials for preparing waterproof, acid-resistant or corrosion preventive coating material such as phenolic paint, epoxy paint, acrylic paint and antirust paints for ships, automotive, industrial machinery, light metals, household appliances and metal containers for food.
