The Klarint SIC-S4177N CAB pigment chip is a pre-dispersed pigment preparation in granular form. We have selected a high-performance, transparent anthraquinone red pigment, C.I. Pigment Red 177, CAS. 4051-63-2, Molecular Formula: C₂₂H1₆N₂O₂, which is finely dispersed and wetted in a low-viscosity grade of Eastman cellulose acetate butyrate (CAB-551-0.2).  

The SIC-S4177N pigment chip offers excellent phase solubility and easy dispersion, enabling users to quickly and efficiently prepare ideal color paste or finished paint. Serving as a user-friendly alternative to traditional grinding of Anthraquinone Red C.I. Pigment Red 177 paste, it eliminates the need for dedicated production lines—significantly reducing both initial investment and ongoing operational costs. Additionally, it provides a definitive solution to storage challenges common to solvent-based pastes. Unlike conventional pastes that are prone to flocculation, sedimentation, and particle coarsening within 2–3 months, our pigment chips feature an extended shelf life and can be dissolved on demand, ensuring consistent quality. The dust-free nature of our pigment chips fundamentally improves the handling experience and operational safety. Unlike the traditional grinding process used to produce pigment paste, our solid chip form generates no airborne particles. Keep the product un-stacked in dry and closed rooms at normal temperature and air humidity.
