Thus Our Zinc flake powder is widely used in zinc-rich anticorrosive coatings and coating technologies such as dacromet and geomet for marine, automobile parts, pylons, guardrails etc, also it suitable for use in a variety of binder formulations used in the production of zinc primers and shop primers, such as inorganic ethyl silicate and epoxy primers act as active corrosion inhibitors, forming a coating on metal surfaces and protecting building structures.

Chemical Properties:

Strong reducer, easy to react with acid & alkali, and give out hydrogen at the same time. It will block in wet air.
Super platelet zinc pigments, parrelled, overlap and interlaced each others on the surface improve the corrosion resistance of the coating greatly
Corrosive reactants of zinc powder will deposited between the zinc powder particles and fill the gaps between the pigments. It’s also non-conducting, thus playing a closed role in the coating.
