MT-7008HB is a rutile micro titanium dioxide functional material featuring a primary crystallite size of approximately 25 nm and a laser particle size D50 of around 80 nm, resulting in an agglomeration index of about 3.2 — well below the industry threshold of 100 for nano-titanium dioxide, which indicates outstanding dispersibility. The product exhibits a loose density of ≤230 g/mL, a TiO₂ content of ≥80%, and UV absorbance in the range of 1.2~4.0, delivering excellent UV shielding performance.

Our MT-7008HB TiO₂ is an alternative to other micro titanium dioxides, such as MT-700HD, RM200, MT500HD, Titan L530, etc. Its surface is inorganically coated with aluminum or a zirconium-aluminum combination, which enhances lightfastness and weather resistance while imparting a distinct blue-phase hue and a pronounced flip-flop effect. Furthermore, it retains the inherent chemical stability, thermal stability, and non-toxic nature of titanium dioxide.

Application Method：

1.Prepare a mixture consisting of resin, dispersant, solvent, and nano-titanium dioxide. Fully disperse the mixture to obtain a color paste exhibiting a gemstone white to frosty blue hue.

2.Add the resulting color paste to the target product system in accordance with the formulation and processing requirements of the final product. The recommended dispersion process is as follows: adjust the slurry concentration of MT-7008HB to 10%–20% (wt.); perform 8 passes of grinding using a sand mill; use zirconia beads with a diameter of 1.0–2.0 mm as the grinding media; maintain the filling rate of zirconia beads in the mill at approximately 80%.

3.The recommended content of MT-7008HB in metallic paint products is 3%–10% (wt.).
