Kabasph® Chloroether Resin MP45 is a copolymer of vinyl chloride and isobutyl vinyl ether, it is a low viscosity, non hydrolytic, chlorinated adhesive used for physically drying coatings, has excellent anti-corrosion performance and solubility. It is widely used in industries such as coatings of galvanized steel and aluminum, mineral substrates, and flame retardants,it is also used for anti-corrosion, road marking coatings, mechanical, automotive, and container finishes. Compatible with alkyd resin, hydrocarbon resin, and cyclohexanone aldehyde resin.
Kabasph® Chloroether Resin MP35 is a copolymer of chlorinated ethylene and vinyl isobutyl ether, which has a high "quality to price ratio" and environmental advantages. It is a good chlorinated adhesive. Adhesive used for steel structures, mineral substrates, plastics, shipbuilding and underwater applications, mechanical and automotive engineering, transportation, building protection, ink industry, and road marking coatings.
As a substitute for chlorinated rubber using carbon tetrachloride solvent method, chlorinated ether resin used in anti-corrosion coatings is not only non-toxic and environmentally friendly, but also has advantages in coating flexibility, heat resistance, UV stability, alkali resistance, and powdering resistance. It can be comparable to additives such as alkyd resin, hard resin, acrylic resin, epoxy resin, etc. Plasticizers are miscible, and its comprehensive anti-corrosion performance indicators are higher than those of chlorosulfonated polyethylene and chlorinated rubber coatings.
