Cellulose Acetate Butyrate (CAB-553-0.4) is a dry, free-flowing powder soluble in low molecular weight alcohols and common organic solvents. It has a high hydroxyl content (4.8 wt. %) and forms clear, colorless solutions. CAB-553-0.4 produces colorless films with good UV stability, maintaining low color over time.
