Additives must not adversely affect curing speed, pot life, viscosity, transparency, gloss, storage stability, or final film properties.

Our additives are engineered to deliver consistent performance in epoxy resin systems. KBS-F9100 and KBS-F9100A provide high viscosity reduction and dispersion for inorganic fillers, with KBS-F9100A offering 100% solid content. KBS-F8100 is a general-purpose block copolymer dispersant with excellent stability, especially suitable for E51 and E53 epoxy resin systems. KBS-F8500 offers excellent viscosity reduction and stability for organic pigment dispersion, while KBS-F8600 is a 100% solids acid polyester compound for inorganic pigment and filler wetting with strong viscosity reduction and colour stability. For rheology control, KBS-C6100 and KBS-C6200 are modified polyamide solutions designed for use with amine curing agents and hydrophilic fumed silica; KBS-C6100 helps form high-build epoxy coatings over 1000 μm without affecting viscosity, while KBS-C6200 is suitable for broader systems and easily forms highly thixotropic systems. KBS-C410K organic polyurea provides excellent anti-settling, anti-sagging, and anti-floating/anti-blooming performance with minimal impact on transparency, viscosity, and gloss. For surface performance, KBS-L333K and KBS-L331K polyether-modified silicones deliver excellent wetting and levelling with improved hand feel; KBS-L358NK is a polyacrylate solution with good compatibility, ideal for overprint varnish and long-wave levelling, comparable to BYK-358N; KBS-L3770 provides long-wave levelling through immiscibility. For foam control, KBS-X052K is a non-silicone polyacrylate defoamer that is not easy to cause shrinkage, comparable to BYK-052; KBS-X053K is a silicone solution defoamer with better effect in PU systems, comparable to BYK-053; and KBS-X6800A is a fluorine-modified silicone solution with excellent foam inhibition and defoaming for thick coating applications.
