Furthermore, the low residual stress within glass flake coatings helps inhibit cracking and peeling, enhancing both the adhesion and impact resistance of the coating.

Kmeris® AJD series glass flakes can be blended with various resins to form coatings and mortars for anti-corrosion protection. AJD-200S features an ultra-thin thickness of 2-8 μm and a uniform particle size of 200 mesh, creating an impenetrable anti-corrosion barrier within coatings. Kmeris AJD-200S Glass Flake provides effective resistance against severe environmental factors including high salt spray, continuous humidity, seawater immersion, and biofouling.
