Umiguard BS20 is a broad-spectrum preservative, which is used to protect waterborne industrial products from bacteria, yeasts and molds.

Umiguard BS20 contains 20% 1,2-benzisothiazolin -3- one (BIT), and low molecular alcohol is used as solvent.

Umiguard BS20 is effective in synthetic polymer emulsions,emulsion paints, water-based adhesives, household products, tape joint compounds, printing inks, paper coating compositions, metal working fluids, agricultural pesticide products, aqueous mineral and pigment slurries.
