Notice of National Day Holiday Arrangements for 2026

In accordance with national statutory holiday regulations and taking into account the actual operations of our Group, we hereby announce the holiday arrangements for the 2026 National Day as follows:

I. Holiday Period

The holiday will be from October 1 (Thursday) to October 7 (Wednesday), 2026, totaling 7 days. Work will resume as normal on Thursday, October 8, 2026.

II. Work Arrangements

During the holiday, daily office operations of the Group and all its subsidiaries (including Klarint New Material, Kemris Mineral Products, Kabasph Polymer, and Xuzhou AAB Industrial Technology) will be suspended.

We will respond to urgent inquiries as soon as possible. For non-urgent matters, our teams will reply promptly after October 7, 2026.

III. Safety Reminders

l All departments are requested to conduct safety inspections before the holiday to ensure that water, electricity, and equipment in office areas, production workshops, laboratories, and other workplaces are in a safe condition, and to eliminate potential safety hazards.

l All departments shall arrange proper work handovers before and after the holiday based on actual operational needs, ensuring the smooth operation of key business functions such as customer service and supply chain management.

l For relevant units including R&D and production bases as well as joint innovation platforms, any urgent matters shall be promptly reported and addressed in accordance with the company's emergency response procedures.

l During the extended holiday, all employees are advised to travel safely, keep communication channels open, and enjoy a pleasant holiday.

IV. Holiday Greetings

National Day, observed on October 1 each year, commemorates the founding of the People's Republic of China in 1949. It is a momentous occasion that celebrates the nation's independence, resilience, and remarkable achievements over the decades.
